Hot Springs Village Audubon Society
Our purpose
To foster a scientific knowledge and understanding of the ecology and natural history of the flora and fauna of the Village and surrounding area;
To assist, where possible, in supporting or in stimulating interest or measures aimed at conserving natural resources and the protection of wildlife;
To engage in educational, scientific, literary, historical, or philanthropic pursuits as are compatible with the stated purposes of the Society
HSV Audubon Society dedicates all its activity income to educational, ecological, and conservation purposes. Revenue comes from various sales (Bird Seed, Bird House, Bird Feeder, HSV Bird Checklist, etc.), classes, membership dues and donations.
HSV Audubon Society was granted 501(c)(3) status effective January 1999.

Arkansas Master Naturalists
Arkansas Master Naturalists (AMN) is an independent, state-wide, volunteer organization, comprised of (currently) six chapters. AMN is dedicated to educating its members and giving back to the community through volunteer work.
The AMN's goals are to:
Improve public understanding of natural resource ecology and management.
Enhance existing natural resource management, education, outreach and research activities.
That's a mouthful, but it boils down to AMN working to, well, keep the Natural State natural.

Lights Out Heartland
Lights Out Heartland is a collaboration of organizations from the heartland area of the USA that are partnering to reduce light pollution during bird migration periods. Spearheaded by the Missouri Chapter the International Dark-Sky Association, Lights Out Heartland is one example of the national partnership between the International Dark-Sky Association and the National Audubon Society.

OBC's mission is to conserve birds and their habitats using science and education that promotes habitat resiliency, engages the public in the research process, and informs meaningful public and private conservation decisions.
